If, however, for any reason we fail to maintain a 99.9% uptime rate, as a consolation, we will grant you one month free for every 3% below our uptime goal upon request. So if our uptime for one month falls to 96.9%, you can request to receive your free month of web hosting by e-mailing uptime [at] solinweb.net. If 93.9%, two months free and so on. We give this consolation due to our confidence that such cases of uptime falling over 2% will not occur.
