Purchase orders can be individually placed or automatically created from estimates
Automatic order function allows all orders to be created for a job in one go or a group of orders can be created as you reach a certain stage of the job
Purchase Order reports can included your company logo
Delivery Dates can be assigned to individual orders
There is no limit to the number of times an individual order can be printed
A list of order notes can be maintained to add to the purchase orders
Print a purchase order with or without rates, or with just a total for the order and no quantity or rate breakdown for each individual item of the order
Details supplier list including address and contact numbers can be maintained |
